www.UltimateStrengthAndConditioning.com

SpeedAndStrengthCoach.com is not going anywhere, but we have moved most of our content to a new site where we will continue to provide new information on topics related to strength & conditioning.  The new site is www.UltimateStrengthAndConditioning.com and there is already a ton of information there.  We feel that this will be a better and larger platform for us to spread quality information and continue our efforts.  Feel free to continue using our site, but be sure to go to the new for all of the latest updates.  The site recently changed names and got a bit of a face lift, so we strongly encourage you to check it out.

You can also get more information on speed training or neck training by following Jim Kielbaso on these sites.

Review Section Opens

A whole new section of SpeedAndStrengthCoach.com has just opened up.  Because there are so many different products available related to speed and strength training (books, DVDs, equipment, training devices, apparel, etc.) we feel responsible for giving you some honest reviews of these products before you spend your hard-earned money on them.  This section will grow, but if you have a product you'd like to see reviewed, sign into the Forum and let us know what you're interested in.  We hope you enjoy this new section and we hope we can offer you some honest direction when making purchasing decisions.

SpeedAndStrengthCoach.com Growing Visits Every Month

We're happy to announce that SpeedAndStrengthCoach.com has had over 30,000 visits in each of the last two months.  That means that we're getting more than a thousand people checking us out every day.  The site is still less than a year old, and the traffic has been amazing.  Viewership has steadily increased each and every month.  The more people you tell about the site the better, so please spread the word to everyone you know who may be interested.  Take a minute to send a couple of friends a link to the site.  The more we grow, the more we'll be able to do here, so your help is greatly appreciated.

SpeedAndStrengthCoach.com Gets Revamped

Originally, this site was created simply to provide a way for people to purchase my book Speed & Agility Revolution. It served its purpose for several years, but the opportunity to expand was always calling. After a lot of consideration, the decision was made to change everything and create a more dynamic site that will allow us to greatly expand the scope of this site and amount of information available here.

So, here it is. A totally new site.

SpeedAndStrengthCoach.com provides coaches, trainers, parents and athletes with quality information regarding:

Speed and Agility Training

Strength Training

Nutrition

Flexibility

Conditioning

Injury Prevention/Rehabilitation

Coaching

As you look through the site you will find articles, reviews of products, books, research studies, and clinics, training tips, announcements and plenty of high-quality, no-nonsense informational products. Please take a minute to participate on the discussion board and talk about what’s on your mind. This is an exciting new feature that gives you the opportunity to fully participate in the exchange of information.  You can read the posts right away, but you'll need to create a username to make your own post.

You’ll notice that the site will feature the input of many experts who are all interested in providing quality information, discussing important topics and learning from others. We will continually look for additional contributors and the goal is to have every visitor become an active participant. The plan is to have the site continually grow with new articles, training tips, opinions, reviews and more. As the site grows, things will probably change again, and that’s what makes this process exciting.

I hope you enjoy the new look of the site and take an active role in its development.
