Cyberpump.com - This site has been around for over 10 years, and includes one of the largest archives of strength training articles. There is a complete section about Arthur Jones and tons of Hard Gainer type information.
DietReviewPro.com - Diet Reviews for many of the top weight loss programs you'll find online. Jim Kielbaso created this site to distribute quality information on weight loss and to help people avoid deceitful weight loss scams.

NSCA-Lift.org - National Strength & Conditioning Association. The NSCA is the world's largest organization of strength professionals, personal trainers, physical therapist and athletic trainers.
Coaching Science Abstracts - This is an incredible resource of scientific research articles reviewed and boiled down into simple abstracts. There is more information here than you can possibly believe with hundreds of studies broken down into simple language.
CSCCA.org - Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association. You have to be a college strength coach to jon the organization, and it's always good to understand what is available. Hundreds of collegiate strength coaches are involved in the organization, making it a tremendous source of S & C knowledge.
I-A-R-T.com - International Association of Resistance Training. This Canadian-based organization features one of the most complete and in-depth certification processes available. The organization pumps out strength training literature and products like crazy.
CrossFit.com - CrossFit is an underground training system that has been picked up by the military, police forces, fire departments and hard-core training enthusiasts. The workouts are similar to the popular "300 Workout" that includes high-rep routines done for time. Whether of not you agree with every single thing on the site, there is lots of interesting information here.
GymJones.com - This is the "private" training center where many of the actors and extras trained for the movie "300." They created the "300 workout" and many other hard-core routines. Cool stuff.
NASEinc.com - National Association of Speed & Explosiveness. Held their first conference this year with many top professionals involved.
EliteAthleteTraining.com - Elite Athlete Training Systems is a group of high-quality trainers in the Baltimore area who have worked with thousands of athletes.
AthleticStrengthandPower.com - Training facilities in the Cincinnati area owned by renowned strength expert Ted Lambrinides. This site is updated often with photos, interviews and blog posts.
StrengthandFitness.blogspot.com - Fred Fornicola runs this blog, but lots of people make posts. Always interesting stuff on strength training, especially HIT style training.
StrengthCoach.com - This is a subscription site managed by Mike Boyle. There are a ton of great contributors and a lot of great information available on this site.
